Hainle Cuvee 2020

Description

This 4 varietals blend consisting of Riesling from East Kelowna, Gewurztraminer from Kaleden, Chardonnay from Summerland and Sauvignon Blanc from Peachland was blended together on Dec.1th. The Riesling and Gewurztraminer fermented in a temperature controlled stainless steel tank to preserve the lively aromatics of each wine variety. The Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc fermentation was done on skins and aged shortly in barrel thereafter to provide further structure and depth.
Blend – 57% Riesling, 18% Gewurztraminer, 17% Chardonnay, 8% Sauvignon Blanc.
