Description
The red wines harvested in the center and on the south side of the territory of Beaune are tannic and powerful; their color is generally dark, and their aromas both animal and fruity (berries). Harvested in the north, the wines, with a less intense color, have a nice suppleness.
This 1er Cru Les Cents Vignes is a cuvee very famous for its great aromatic power. The nose is bursting with ripe red fruits and woody notes. The palate is infused, aromatic and offers silky tannins. Very elegant.
Ample and dense, the Pinot Noir expresses itself wonderfully.
On the palate, it shows great aromatic power and a fleshy texture. Its silky tannins and exceptional elegance reveal a high-class finish.
Red meats, fine poultry or oven-roasted vegetables will be perfect with this cuvee.
